Want to Help?

Volunteering for the Bash

The next Bash planning meeting will be on Thurs June 20, 2013 @ 7:00 pm @ Boone & Crockett on KK.

We try to limit our meetings to be only 1 hour in length, so it is important to be on time. Please join us if you want to help, or learn how we throw this party. Please join us early; planning a party is what we do. The joy of seeing a Bash come to life is an incomparable pleasure. So many happy people

Bash 2013 - save the date: September 21.

Updates on the Bash Entertainment Schedule

  • Join Us for Our 3rd Annual Bay View Bash Dog Walk, sponsored by Bay View Bark. Details here.
  • Immaculate Conception Parish will be hosting the following events during the Bash:

—”Take a Break” during early morning Bash set-up and get a free cup of coffee, donut or hard roll. Runs from 8–10 AM. All are welcome.
—Church Open House Tours from Noon-3:00 - Come take a self guided tour what I.C. is all about.
—Pull Tabs - Take a chance and try some pull tabs

The Bash will again be compostable in 2013! All food vendors will be provided with compostable materials. For more details, see our Bash Going Green page.

The compost generated from this festival will be donated back to the community. Contact Kompost Kids on how you can obtain free compost for your home or neighborhood garden.
